Q: Can I return a product?
Yes. At Assaf, we believe that tastes differ.
Therefore, you can try the perfume, and if you do not like it, you can return it easily by submitting a return request.

  • Offers that include more than one perfume are not eligible for partial returns.

  • Numbered oud oils and special editions are non-returnable.

  • Delivery and Cash on Delivery (COD) are paid services for receiving and paying for the order at the time of delivery. If the product arrives and you wish to return it, the service fee will be deducted as it has already been utilized.

  • The return fee is 19 AED.

  • If you wish to return a product, the perfume’s outer box must be included. The perfume bottle alone is not sufficient.

  • A return request can only be submitted once per order. It is not possible to submit another return request for the same order number afterward.

What is the allowed return period?

  • For perfumes: Seven days from the date of receiving the order.

  • For watches: Seven days from receiving the order.

  • For glasses: Seven days from receiving the order.

Q: In the return process, how can I get my refund?
The refund is processed after we receive the product and verify its condition. The amount will then be transferred to your account. This process may take up to 21 days.
