Q: Can I return a product?

Yes, we believe in Assaf that tastes are different.

So you can try the perfume and if you do not like it, you can return it easily by submitting a perfume return request.

  • Offers consisting of more than one fragrance are not subject to partial refund.
  • Numbered oud oils and special editions are non-refundable.
  • Delivery and cash on delivery service is a paid service in exchange for receiving the order and paying at the time. When the product arrives and you want to return it, it is deducted.

For the benefit of the customer.

  • The return fee is 19 riyals.
  • If you want to return it, the perfume box must be present. The perfume bottle alone is not enough.
  • Orders outside Saudi Arabia are non-returnable.



How long is the period allowed to return the product?

The allowed period for perfumes and watches is seven days from the order receipt date for orders placed after 12/09/2025, and two years for orders placed before that date.


Q: In the process of return, how can I get a refund?

The amount will be refunded after the product reaches us and its condition is verified, and then the amount is transferred to your account. This process takes a maximum of 21 days.
