Can I return a product?
Yes, at Assaf, we believe that preferences vary. You can try the perfume, and if it doesn’t suit your taste, you can easily return it by submitting a return request.
- Offers that include more than one perfume cannot be partially returned.
- Numbered oud oils and special editions are non-returnable.
- The delivery and cash-on-delivery services are paid services for processing and delivering your order. If you wish to return the product, the service fees will be deducted as they are non-refundable.
- The return fee is 19 SAR.
- To return a product, the perfume box must be intact; the perfume bottle alone is not sufficient.
- Orders outside Saudi Arabia are non-returnable.
How long do I have to return a product?
The return period is up to two years minus one day from the date of receiving the order, regardless of the amount of perfume used.
How can I get a refund during the return process?
The refund will be processed after the product is received and its condition is verified. The amount will then be transferred to your account within a maximum of 21 days.
